The Financial Services sector is a critical player in determining the health and wellbeing of the global economy which is facing its deepest and broadest recession for more than 60 years. In Serbia as elsewhere, this means that participants in the Financial Services market are facing new and different challenges in 2009 and beyond in understanding and implementing the right HR response to these challenges.
As part of our response, PricewaterhouseCoopers and Milovanović & Associates Law Firm will present a conference entitled a Strategic HR responding to challenges in Financial Services sector. We expect that this forum will facilitate a rich dialogue between major players in the sector and examine a number of potential solutions to mitigate the impact of the crisis on their operations.
