• Get introduced to the methodology and best practices of project managers

• Participate in and observe role-plays to illustrate various project management situations
• Carry out project management tasks in a classroom environment
• Meet project management enthusiasts, network and share experiences

Duration

The course lasts two days (each of eight hours) and a follow-up day after one month. The first two days are highly interactive, with the right balance between theoretical background and practical exercises. You will take away your new knowledge to be put into practice and we will meet again in a month to discuss the benefits experienced from the knowledge and the difficulties you met in putting the best practice into practice.
